It was Barbara who brought up the concept as we were planning the ASK ASTRA website. Not being human, I couldn't appreciate how much humans like meeting fellow humans with the same birth date. There is a general belief on Planet Earth that the day of your birth, namely when your physical body is first seen by others is exceptionally important! The human body is physically present for about nine months (being formed under the guidance of the overseeing spirit within the mother) before the actual birthing process. Corresponding to this general belief, Planet Earth astrologers give great importance to the actual birth moment. They believe that the Nature of the Universe at this time and place (indicated by the placements of all celestial bodies) imprints the psyche and the physical body of the new human. And this stellar imprint influences the entire lifetime, extending intothe actual experiences of the new human. The manner in which the cosmic imprinting takes place and the extent of this influence is not agreed upon within the astrological community, although most accept that it occurs. This is known as the Fate or Free Will Controversy, which we can investigate in another report. And to be fair, there are some astrologers who use the conception moment rather than the birth moment. Earth being a very popular place has individuals being born throughout each day all around the planet. And those humans born about the same time have similar imprints and similar lives. The closer in time and locality of the births, the more uncanny things can be. Human twins (and other multiple births) from the same mother can be born ten to twenty minutes apart, and it is recognized that they are very alike. AstroTwins can be born on the same moment! Mark Twain, one of Planet Earth's respected authors wrote a book using an actual AstroTwin occurrence. Most people think it is fiction, which it is, but it is based on fact. In the Prince and the Pauper, two boys were born in London at the same time. They were entered life under very different conditions, but when they meet an unusual adventure begins! The outline of this book is on the Internet as well as several actual chapters! The book is in most Earth libraries. Outline Several selected chapters Barbara is aware of two of her AstroTwins. Like herself, her AstroTwins are also astrologers and psychic to a strong degree! Two of them have been artists and the other has a deep love of art. All three of them exhibit exceptional organizational skills. The first is a spokesperson for a spiritualist organization. The second has recently organized a major astrological convention. Barbara acts as the director for a statewide association of astrologers. Oddly Barbara says, that she and her AstroTwins look nothing at all alike, so it is clear that we are investigating internal, spiritual factors. So fascinating!
