I've been using FrameMaker since 1992 (version 3.0) and Adobe
Acrobat since 1995 (version 2.0). I was a technical support representative, on a contract
basis, for HighSoft, Inc., providing e-mail and telephone technical support to solve
FrameMaker and Acrobat problems for their customers.

I've taught numerous FrameMaker classes through HighSoft, Inc.
and I have trained corporate clients and individuals in using FrameMaker.

I used FrameMaker and Acrobat for all of the award-winning
online and print documentation I created for my clients (and The Veridus Online
Style Guide).

Created customized FrameMaker and Web Works Publisher training
for staff members at the Colorado Department of Public Health

STC (Rocky Mountain Chapter) and the Boulder Writer's Alliance (BWA)
