Do you have a brochure?	No, we do not mail out brochures; Our product line is available in this on-line catalog. If you would like to see sample invitations you can order them for $3 each. This fee is refundable when the samples are returned with your order.
How long does it take to receive the proof?	Proofs are generally produced within a day or two from the time we receive your order. We send the proofs out by regular mail unless you specify otherwise. For Rush orders, proofing can be done by fax, as a jpeg in an email or by FedEx (a $16.50 charge).
Can my invitation be printed in a foreign language? Is there an extra charge?	Yes, we can print in most languages at no extra charge. The only condition is that you provide the text in an electronic format (you can just email it to us or provide it on disc). The only exception are to languages that contain characters not in the English language, such as Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, etc. We can print these if you provide the text completely Camera-ready in the dimensions required to print. We will scan each item for a $50 charge. Please contact us for more information.
Are your invitations put together or do I have to assemble them? Is there a charge for assembly?	We know the last thing the bridal party has time for is tying ribbons on invitations, so we ship all invitations pre-assembled for you at no charge.
My invitation wording is long. Is there a charge per line?	Absolutely not. We can print any wording as long as it fits on the invitation at no extra charge to you.
Can the ribbons be tied in a bow or around the waist of the invitation?	After much experience, we have determined that the best way to tie the ribbons is with our simple cross-over ties. Ribbons tied in a bow are undesirable for a couple reasons: The ribbon will inevitably get smashed in the mail and will not make the impression you had tried to achieve; and the bow often jams the postal machines, often destroying the envelope/invitation. The invitations may never make it to your guests! Our cross-over ribbons stay nice and neat, lie flat, and do not get jammed in the postal machines.
Some invitations have the name or logo of the invitation company printed on it. Do yours?	Absolutely not! Your wedding is a special event for you, not a marketing opportunity for us.
Do you have any references?	Yes, we have hundreds of references available; just ask us.
Does your paper contain flower seeds?	No.
Is your paper recycled?	Our paper is made primarily from cotton and is tree-free. The exception is the Amaranth paper which is made from Mulberry trees which are a renewable source.
Where is your paper made?	India and Thailand.
What color ink is available?	Black only
What is your minimum order?	Our minimum order for invitations is 25. The same applies to Ceremony Programs and Bookmarks. However, Menus, Place Cards, and Guest Books can be ordered in any quantity. Items such as envelopes and reply cards cannot be ordered without an invitation order.
Can I buy just the paper or envelopes from you?	We do not sell our paper or envelopes. You can try a local stationary or art supply store to buy stock.
Do you do calligraphy service or any addressing of the invitations?	No.
What does "Printed Outer Envelopes" mean?	It means that we print your return address on the back flap of the outer envelope.
I do not need reply cards of any kind. How do I price this?	If you are ordering Panel-Style Invitations, just look at the pricing of the Panel Announcements with Printed Outer Envelopes. For other styles, contact us.
Do you sell your invitations through any retail stores or distributors?	No, we are a mail/internet business only.
Can you help me with the wording?	Yes. Email us with your details.
How much in advance should I order my invitations?	To figure out when to order, be aware of our order process. Be sure to allow time to address the envelopes and mail your invitations in plenty of time to receive your replies back.
Do you ship internationally?	At the present time we are only shipping to US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii , US Territories and US military addresses).
What is your return policy?	Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our products, once you approve an order for printing and production we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges. Please be familiar with our products prior to placing your order. If you need to cancel an order prior to approving it for printing and production, we will charge a typesetting fee based on the items you order and return the balance of your deposit to you.
