| Order Process:
1. A deposit of 50% must accompany your order. We accept orders by mail or overnight service only; no phone or fax orders. 2. When your order is received, a proof will be prepared of all the printed items in your order before they are printed. You can choose to do your proof by US mail, FedEx ($16.50 charge), e-mail or fax. We recommend mail or FedEx if you have not already sampled our products. 3. When you receive the proof, minor changes can be made at no additional charge. You can keep the proof; however, you will have to send us an approval signature and the balance of your payment. 4. Once we receive your approval signature, your invitations will be printed, assembled, and sent to you within 4 weeks. Rush service may be available; see below. Once your approval signature has been received and your order enters production, we can not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns. If your order is cancelled prior to entering production, a typesetting fee will be charged according to the items you ordered and the balance of your deposit returned to you. 5. The balance of your payment must be received and cleared prior to shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. Shipping charges will be given when the proof is provided and are due with the balance of your payment. We ship by FedEx Air Express 3-day service. Rush Service may be available on your order for a 20% fee ($40 minimum). A Rush order is defined as an order that we must ship in less than 4 weeks from the date your approval of the proof and the balance of your payment are received by Moltz Design. Proofing may be done by fax, e-mail (jpeg) or FedEx ($16.50 extra FedEx charge) to speed up the approval process.
