There are two ways to get your home page listed in E.Central's Friends & Neighbors page.

1. Free! - E.Central's Free Template
We've made it simple for you to create your own home page. Use our template with whatever information you'd like to display. You can replace your home page with a newer version by filling in our template again and re-submitting it - being careful to use the same screen name.

2. $10/Year - Email Your Web Page to E.Central
If you know HTML and can create your own home page, simply email the compressed zipped (.zip) files to homepage@ecentral.com

E.Central will accept home pages up to 1 megabyte (uncompressed) at a cost of $10/year. Homepages can be updated once per month at no extra cost. More frequent updates will be charged at $10 each.

Please Note
We will not make any modifications of any kind to Web pages sent to us for the Friends & Neighbors area. We will simply put up what you send us. If you discover that your page doesn't show up how you intended, make the corrections and send it to us again. Be aware that homepages can be updated once per month at no extra cost. More frequent updates will be charged at $10 each.

If you do not know HTML, we strongly encourage you to use the templates described above.

If you are tempted to use an HTML editor, please do not - unless you know how to get into the HTML document and edit the path statements, making them generic and not specific to your computer.

Important
  • Paths are case sensitive. If your file names are all lower case, please make your paths all lower case. Paths and file names must match exactly and must not have any spaces in them.

  • Title your home page "index.htm" or "index.html" (no quotes).

  • Please, make sure that all HTML file names end in the suffix ".htm" or ".html" (no quotes).

  • Also, make sure that all graphic files are either GIFs or JPEGs and their names end in ".gif" or ".jpg" respectively (no quotes).
