TeamViewer is the FASTEST way to get help. It will temporarily allow E.Central techs to see and control your computer. TeamViewer is very simple and very secure (It uses secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding.)
1. Click the blue button if you have a PC (or the gray button if you have a Mac) and download the file.
2. Call a tech at 303-830-0123 ext. 2 and read them the ID that you see on your screen.
That’s it! Your problem will be fixed in a couple of minutes and you will be able to see everything the tech is doing.
